The Creative City Road Map
The Creative City Road Map is our strategic plan for the 10 years starting in 2016.

Ensure artists and creative practitioners have access to affordable living spaces and workspaces in Minneapolis. Commit resources to artists and creative practitioners through programming, training and creative skill building.

Part of the big picture: Minneapolis 2040
Minneapolis 2040 is the City’s 10-year comprehensive plan required by state statute. The arts and culture policies in Minneapolis 2040 were taken from the Creative City Road Map. They guide the contributions of arts and culture to a vibrant and livable Minneapolis.
